Yes, all 100+ tools are completely free with no hidden limits. No account required, no watermarks, no file size caps for most tools.
No. Every tool on PDFEverything runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and native browser APIs. Your files never leave your device. We cannot see, store, or access them in any way.
Since processing happens on your device, the limit is your available RAM — typically several hundred megabytes. Very large files (500MB+) may be slow depending on your device.
Most tools work on iOS and Android in modern browsers. A few tools that require intensive processing are better suited to desktop for performance reasons.
We cover the full spectrum: merge, split, compress, rotate, protect, unlock, watermark, sign, OCR, convert to/from images, Word, Excel, HTML and more — 100 tools in total across 8 categories.
Several tools support multiple files at once (e.g. Merge PDF, Images to PDF). Fully automated batch processing is on our roadmap.
Our OCR tool uses Tesseract.js, a WebAssembly port of Tesseract that runs entirely in your browser. It supports dozens of languages and works without any server connection.
Converting DOCX to PDF in the browser requires re-rendering the document without Microsoft Word. Complex formatting (tables, tracked changes, custom fonts) may not render perfectly. We're continuously improving it.
